NEW FOR 2027 - Practical shooting competitions have been around for 40+ years and Law Enforcement is finally catching up to the benefits and advantages this type of training can offer. LE 2-Gun Practical is a course designed to introduce officers to the practical shooting style of training. As opposed to traditional linear range drills, that often isolate a singular part of the process. LE2GP seeks to show the officers how to train to maximize performance in both metrics, accuracy and urgency, simultaneously. Training will consist of dry-fire, live-fire and competition drills. We start by highlighting core skills then test those skills in competitive stages. Day-1 is handgun only, with skills and drills in the morning and a competition style match in the afternoon. Day two introduces the rifle in the morning session and then officers shoot a 2-Gun match to finish out the course.
