MOVE is about understanding the realistic manner in which we move our bodies during a critical incident. From this place, we build the skills that are relevant and the drills to maximize performance with each weapons systems. This 2-Day course is a 50/50 split between the handgun and rifle. Participants can choose to attend either days seperately, or both days for a reduced rate. MOVE is a hybrid context/performance class. The curriculum is set from the standpoint of self defense but can be applied a wide variety of situations and goals. Getting hits on target, with maximum efficiency, and doing so while moving realistically is what MOVE is all about. This is a live-fire only class, there is no FoF component with MOVE.
